How It Works

As Stephen R. Covey says in his iconic 7 Habits book, we begin with the end in mind. We agree a short/medium or long-term goal that you would like to achieve, to be established at the initial session. Thereafter we meet/speak every 1-4 weeks and agree small “stepping stone” goals that will take you one step closer to achieving that goal. Each session we agree action points that you take away and work on.

Sessions are anything from 45 - 60 minutes and each time you are in control. It’s your agenda, and you are free to move the conversation around to suit what is happening in your life/business at that time.

My style is best described as 70% coaching, as in listening and questioning, and 30% mentoring as in offering suitable advice but again there is flexibility and dependant on what you need out of each session.
